ALPFA Link
ALPFA Link is a new, Chicago specific career development initiative designed to meet the professional development needs of ALPFA Chicago members. Through training, coaching, mock interviews, impacting events, and relationship building between ALPFA members and corporate recruiters, ALPFA Link will address the career needs of our members, providing them with a valuable resource. Concurrently, ALPFA Link will provide value to our corporate sponsors with the ultimate goal of reinforcing ALPFA Chicago's presence in the marketplace.
The mission of ALPFA-LINK is to promote professional development and empower its members by providing meaningful career development opportunities. This will be accomplished by creating a connection between candidates seeking employment and corporate sponsors seeking to fill a position. Through initiatives such as: a defined career development team to oversee the process, use of a resume management system, and programs that teach candidates how to become more marketable.
In addition, the mission supports our efforts to increase membership & increase awareness among corporate partners.
